Sismoid-Second Edition,tape,1986,France

Here's an excellent French project of experimental meets minimal electronics.Reminding Blitzoids , somekind of more experimental Dark Day, Tara Cross(with whom they have collaborated), Katastrophentheorie, combining experimental droning sounds with minimal synth wackiness.Absolutely essential.Unfortunately no infos were found for this release. Also would be very grateful to anyone who can provide some more recordings by this great underrated band.

Okay- admittedly nothing to do with this posting, but I don't see any "general comment" link...

Do you by chance have the original soundtrack to a French Film called "The Premonition"? The music is by none other than the wonderfully demented Albert Marcoeur. Been wondering if the soundtrack was ever released on its own...

Thanks for the ungodly amount of terrific sounds witin these borders.

this is a good tape, at least for whatever small budget they had. I wish they were more info on this band. Yeah, very underrated.
